Tourassistant provides an online platform to support the planning of client visits and routes. We offer tools for entering stops, calculating optimal routes, and generating hotel suggestions.
To use our service, you provide personal data including name, email address, payment information, location data for route calculation, as well as travel and hotel preferences.
We use cookies for the technical functionality of the website (e.g., session management) and – subject to your consent – anonymous analytics cookies (Google Analytics).

To determine accurate travel times and distances, we transmit address and location data to the Google Directions API (Google LLC, USA). All further calculations and optimizations are performed exclusively by our own algorithms.
We store your data (stop names, addresses, contact and payment data, etc.) in our Supabase database (Supabase Inc., USA). Supabase acts as a processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR and does not use your data for its own purposes.
No further disclosure of your personal data to third parties takes place.
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service. You will be informed of changes by email to the address you provided.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
